Meet Maytal

I'm Maytal Oziel, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ontario, Canada. Before transitioning to psychotherapy, I spent many years working in education, where I developed a deep appreciation for the ways we grow, learn, and navigate challenges throughout our lives.

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, evidence-informed, and grounded in compassion. I believe that each person carries their own wisdom and that therapy is a collaborative process of uncovering the insights, strengths, and possibilities that already exist within you.
